Our Founder

Growing up in Yorkshire as a young girl of mixed black Caribbean heritage, Eleanor was deeply troubled by the way in which the educational system misrepresented her identity. Luckily, her parents empowered her by sharing inspiring tales of resistance, debunking false narratives and introducing her to the rich history of the Kalinago people.

They explained that even in a society challenged by oppressive systems, she could make change because for every problem there is a solution. This foundation led her inspired her fierce commitment to dismantling inequalities and advocating for disadvantaged people.

In 2024, Eleanor founded Kalinago Solutions channeling her passion for equality into creating inclusive workspaces where everyone can feel valued and respected.
